To increase awareness, access, and preparation for careers in Medical Education by connecting aspiring professionals with the knowledge, resources, and networks needed to succeed.

To develop a diverse and highly skilled pipeline of future Medical Education Administrators by providing access to foundational learning, career exploration, mentorship, and professional development resources.

1.  Awareness

• Introduce students and early-career professionals to non-clinical careers in medical education 
• Highlight the impact of administrative leadership on physician training and healthcare systems
• Demystify roles such as Program Coordinators, Clerkship Coordinator, Program Management, Research Coordinator, Simulation, Administrative Leadership

2.  Access to Opportunities

• Maintain a centralized hub for internships and job opportunities
• Promote equitable access to career-building resources 
• Connect program participants to real-world pathways into the field  

3.  Skill Development

• Offer virtual and in-person educational sessions
• Provide training resources to build job-ready skills
• Prepare program participants for entry-level and mid-level administrative roles

4.  Networking & Mentorship

• Create opportunities for engagement with current Medical Education Professionals
• Facilitate mentorship and peer-to-peer connections
• Build a national community of emerging medical education professionals

5.  Professional Pipeline Development 

• Support long-term career growth from entry-level to leadership positions
• Strengthen the talent pipeline for hospitals, medical schools, and graduate medical education training programs
