When I founded Integrity MedEd, my vision was simple but deeply meaningful:  to make medical education more sustainable, more effective, and more human-centered by supporting the people behind the program.

After nearly three decades of working in medical education, spanning roles from Program Administrator to ACGME Associate Director, Director of Medical Education, and now serving the Osteopathic community, I've gained a comprehensive, 360-degree perspective on the field. 

Like many Medical Education professionals, I've worked in environments where communication broke down, roles lacked clarity, psychological safety was missing.  These conditions often lead to burnout, turnover, and instability within training programs.  These challenges extend to beyond staff, to:

•  Affected learners
• Institutional performance
• Ultimately, patient care.

Integrity MedEd was created to change that.

Through practical tools, training and professional development opportunities, we help individuals and institutions strengthen operations, build healthier teams, and prepare the next generation of leaders in medical education.
