Welcome

A Message from Our Founder

When I founded Integrity MedEd, my vision was clear: to create a space where medical education professionals, especially those supporting graduate medical education, could access the tools, training, and community they need to thrive. Having spent years in the field, I’ve seen firsthand the challenges that Program Coordinators, GME Directors, and Program Leaders face in a system that often undervalues their contributions.

Integrity MedEd was built to change that. Here, we believe in affordable access to meaningful professional development, ethical leadership, and transparency in every resource we offer. Whether you’re just starting your career or a seasoned GME professional, our goal is to support your growth and evaluate the vital work you do.

Thank you for being here. I am truly honored to be a part of your professional journey.

With gratitude,

Victoria Varela, MHA
